Through a blend of deep tissue techniques and myofascial release, Jamie provides a unique bodywork experience that will help you level up your recovery, achieve your movement goals and get back to your desired activities.

We’ll be a good match if…

  • You’re an active adult who is looking for chronic pain management options, or to enhance your athletic performance and recovery

  • You understand that passive treatment (massage) alone is not a long-term “fix” for pain and injuries, but rather is a complement to all that your lifestyle entails outside of my office

  • You are open to experiencing a blend of techniques and understand that pain does not equal effective bodywork

My style of manual therapy is slow, intentional, and targets specific muscles related to your areas of concern. While most clients do find their sessions relaxing, if relaxation and full-body massage is your primary goal, I may not be the best therapist for you!

A sports massage therapist performs targeted manual work for neck pain.

  • Shoulder pain and impingement

  • Thoracic pain/stiffness
